Captain Paul was born and grew up in Newburyport, Massachusetts. A coastal town bordering N.H. As a kid, I immediately fell inlove with boating the day I walked down my first gangway onto a floating dock on the Merrimack river. From that day on I learned the river as well as navigating the coastal waters of New England. I was a Massachusetts state Fish and Game Warden for 32 years, I retired in 2013. My wife Lori of over 40 years and I moved to Punta Gorda, FL in 2018 so we could boat year round. I have been boating for over 50 years and still love it each time I go out. I hold a 100 ton USCG Master Captain's License and a certified boating safety instructor. I still have a lot left in the tank so i hope you can join me sometime for a great day on the water!
